Gourmet Fruit at SIAL Paris 2024
From October 19 to 23, 2024, Fruit Gourmet participated in the 60th edition of SIAL Paris, the international food exhibition that annually brings together the most influential players in the global agri-food industry, at the Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition center.
A must-attend event for the agri-food sector
SIAL Paris is the largest food exhibition in the world. This anniversary edition – the 60th – brought together more than 7,500 exhibitors from 130 countries, highlighting innovation, sustainability, and the authenticity of regional products. For Fruit Gourmet, it’s a natural meeting point: a place for exchanges and encounters with buyers, distributors, and agri-food industry professionals from around the world.
Our ranges meet the world
At our stand, we showcased all our expertise:
- The Les Fruits du Sud range — soft apricots, IGP Agen prunes, figs, dates, mangoes, cherries, and many other fruits with melting textures, sourced from carefully selected producers in Southwest France and worldwide.
- Our gourmet specialties — notably vanilla prunes and honey figs, emblematic recipes of the house since 1992.
- The INDUSFRUITS range — our offer dedicated to agri-food manufacturers, with soft fruits in custom formats and calibers, under IFS Food certification.
Each product presented embodies our long-standing commitment: carefully processing fruits, preserving their natural aromas thanks to our gentle rehydration technique, mastered for over 30 years in our workshops in Allemans-du-Dropt, Lot-et-Garonne.
Innovation, Organic and sustainable commitment
This edition of SIAL was also an opportunity to highlight our trajectory towards 100% Organic Farming by 2027. With 45% of our range already AB certified today, and HVE and IFS Food certifications attesting to our quality standards, we meet the growing expectations of consumers and professionals for healthy, natural, and traceable products.
Our eco-responsible commitments — solar energy, zero waste, recyclable packaging, short circuits within 200 km — attracted the interest of many visitors, convinced that the future of food lies in a more responsible industry.
Great professional encounters
These five days at SIAL were an opportunity to establish new contacts with distributors, fine food stores, catering professionals, and manufacturers from France and internationally. The discussions confirmed the growing interest in our products, whether for our consumer references or our INDUSFRUITS range for professionals.
