Shipping and Returns
1. Delivery Methods
Fruit Gourmet SAS offers two ways to receive your orders:
Home Delivery
Your orders are shipped from our production site in Allemans-du-Dropt (47800), France, via a carrier (Colissimo or equivalent). Delivery is made to the address indicated when placing your order, within metropolitan France.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days from the confirmation of your order.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods (holidays, trade fairs). In case of a significant delay, you will be informed by email.
In-store Pickup ("Click & Collect")
You can pick up your order directly from our premises, with no delivery charges:

Pickup days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (excluding public holidays)

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for pickup (usually within 1 to 2 business days). Please do not come before receiving it.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at the time of payment, based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.
In-store pickup is free.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order's progress directly on the carrier's website.
For any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us at info@fruitgourmet.fr, providing your order number.
4. Damaged or Missing Package
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you do not receive it within the indicated timeframe, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@fruitgourmet.fr. We will do our best to find a quick solution.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-calendar-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or incur any penalties.
Important exception: In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (food products). If your order contains consumable food products, the right of withdrawal cannot be invoked for these items.
For non-food products (gift boxes, cases, non-consumable items), the right of withdrawal remains applicable under the conditions below.
6. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal (eligible products), please:
- Notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at info@fruitgourmet.fr before the expiration of the 14-day period, stating your order number.
- Return the item(s) concerned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition, to the following address:
Fruit Gourmet SAS — 403 Impasse du Pergay, 47800 Allemans-du-Dropt - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned items, via the same payment method used for the order.
7. Defective Product or Order Error
In case of a defective, damaged product, or a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 72 hours at info@fruitgourmet.fr with a photo and your order number. We will arrange for replacement or reimbursement at no cost to you.
